Nice jewelry, some snags
I ordered a few items, an initial necklace and some stacking rings. The jewelry itself is lovely, especially the rings, they feel pretty sturdy and look great. The initial necklace was also well done, the engraving was clear. My main gripe was with the website navigation; it was a little clunky trying to find all the different personalization options. Also, while shipping was free over $65, it still took about a week to get to me in Florida after it shipped. Not super fast, but not terrible either. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about materials. Overall, happy with the items but the process could be smoother.
Good cuff, slow shipping
Ordered a personalized engraved cuff bracelet for my friend's birthday. The bracelet itself is really nice, the engraving was exactly as I wanted it. It took about 10 days to ship, which felt a bit long for a custom item, but it did arrive in time. The quality seems good for the price.
